We offer a 14-day return policy. You have 14 calendar days from the date you receive your item to request a return and obtain a full refund.

2. Eligibility for Returns and Refunds

To be eligible for a return and a full refund, your item must meet the following conditions:

Unused, unworn, and in the exact same condition that you received it.
In its original packaging with all tags, labels, and manuals intact.
Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Note: For reasons of hygiene and safety, certain baby items (such as opened bath products or pacifiers) cannot be returned unless they arrive defective or damaged.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us within the 14-day window at support@apexstore.shop with your order number and the reason for the return.

Once your return is authorized, we will provide you with the appropriate return instructions and address.
Please do not send your items back without prior authorization.

4. Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification.

If approved, your return will be fully processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (credit card, debit card, or other payment method).
Refunds typically take a few business days to reflect on your account, depending on your bank or card issuer's processing times.

5. Return Shipping Costs

Change of Mind: Customers are responsible for paying the shipping costs associated with returning the item if it is a change-of-mind return. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Defective or Damaged Items: If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, Apex Store will cover any necessary return shipping costs and issue a full refund including initial shipping fees.
